As Administrator, Kevin McKay, has nearly 20 years of experience in social services and administration.
With over twenty five years of experience, Sharon McKay serves as our Director of Nursing. Sharon works directly with families throughout the admission process. This extensive first hand knowledge helps her provide insight and expertise complimenting the care provided by other members of the care team.
At Cornerstone, we believe that strong staffing is the key to positive resident care. Rather than simply meeting the minimum staffing requirements set by the State, we work to develop our staff and limit turnover. In addition to administrative and support staff, our care team includes:

Cornerstone holds all federal, state, and local licenses, necessary to operate an intermediate and residential care facility. Each year, our intermediate care is inspected by a team of state care inspectors. Every two years, the residential services are also reviewed by the same regulatory agency. State and local fire marshals also routinely access Cornerstone for our emergency preparedness and safety. We are happy to share all our inspection reports with you.
