For individuals needing 24 hour nursing care our rates are quite affordable. Services are based on need and include room and board, necessary therapy and complex medical treatment. Cornerstone can accommodate those needing extra security due to wandering.

Residential Care:
For individuals who want independence with valuable support services such as 24 hour care givers and a registered nurse on call. More affordable than the typical Assisted Living facility, we provide both private and shared rooms with nearby restrooms.

Providing quality care for over ten years, Cornerstone Care Option moved into its spacious, new facility in 2006.

Licensed for forty Intermediate Nursing Care and sixteen Residential Care residents, we balance the individual attention one expects at a small facility, with the space and breathing room of a larger facility.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the building is filled with natural lighting pouring in through through our skylight and many windows. Private and semi-private rooms look out into the centralized, secured courtyard complete with a Gazebo and gardening areas.
