Intermediate Nursing Care: For those needing 24 hour nursing care. Private: 200 per day Semi-Private:$195 per day Includes: 24 hour care by professional nursing staff, Medical alert system in each room, Three meals per day and snacks, Structured daily activity and exercise programs, Secured interior and accessible, safe courtyard, Access to Telephone and Cable TV in each room, Access to visiting physicians,therapy and beautician services. Residential Care: For individuals who are independent but need access to care. Rates based on specific health needs and services. Base Services:$2,000 per month, Increased Services:$2,500 per month, Includes three meals per day and snacks, Structured daily activity and exercise programs, Secured interior and accessible, safe courtyard, Access to Telephone and Cable TV in each room.
